I work with women who are enthusiastic about wanting to live the rest of their lives as the best of their lives. Just because you are now a ‘certain age’ does not mean that there is nothing left to look forward to.
I work with women who are motivated to learn more about how their bodies are working, and the actual process of menopause. What does it mean, what is happening, and how can you best work with your body and mind to create the greatest outcome. I don’t believe in the term ‘aging’. We are works in progress, always. Nothing more and nothing less.
Basically I work with women who want to create positive changes in their lives. From fitness, to nutrition, to mindset. Because get those three babies lined up and I promise you that you are in for a blast.

There are several ways in which that can happen.

Secondly, I am in the process of setting up a series of 8 week programmes working from those new to exercise, through to those at a more intermediate level. These programmes will include fitness, nutrition advice and meal plans together with mindset techniques to draw it all together. Bear with me as I work on these programmes which I hope will be ready before the end of 2021.
Thirdly, you can work with me on an individual basis. We will look at your goals and then at all aspects of your lifestyle in order to come up with a plan of action that will see you sail towards those goals and then smash them. This includes workouts, nutrition plans, mindset tools and lifestyle hacks to make it all work. I work with no more than 6 people at a time to ensure you all have the attention that you need.
